In addition to building very large bore and very long stroke hydraulic cylinders, Hyco Canada offers large capacity general machining services. Decades of experience, along with a very well equipped machine shop, enable Hyco Canada to custom machine very large components for any industrial or mobile equipment application. 
We are very experienced handling and machining over sized components. We have the ability in our plant to machine, weld, hone, skive, repair and assemble large sized machine parts that other machine shops simply can not accommodate.  Our most recent addition to our factory is a new 6 meter capacity CNC Lathe shown below:  Our experienced engineering department is able to take large machinery designs and translate them accurately into production using the latest in CAD/CAM technology.
